• 2 pounds Ground Turkey
• 1 medium Jalapeño, finely chopped
• 1 packet (2 oz.) Ranch Mix
• 1/4 tsp. Salt
• 1/4 tsp. Pepper
• 1/2 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
• Vegetable oil, for greasing grill
• 2 medium Yellow Bell Peppers, sliced 1/4 inch thick
• 2 medium Red Bell Peppers, sliced 1/4 inch thick
• 6 Whole Wheat Hamburger Buns
• 6 slices Pepper Jack Cheese
• 3/4 cup diced green onions
