Ingredients

• 2 1/2 pounds Potatoes
• 1 tablespoon Chicken bouillon
• 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
• 1 can Cream of Celery Soup
• 1 pint Half-and-half cream
• 2 cups Water
• 1 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
• 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
• 1/2 pound Kraft American Cheese
