• 1 cup Herman Extra Hot Chilli Sauce
• 1/2 cup Herman Jalapeno Tomato Ketchup
• 1 cup Sour cream
• 8 8-inch to 10-inch wheat-flour tortillas
• 3 cups shredded, cooked chicken
• 3 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
• 1 cup diced red or green pepper
• 1/4 cup finely diced red or white onion
• 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander or parsley
