- 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons water
- 2 1/2 cups bread flour
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 1/4 teaspoons Red Star Active Dry Yeast
- 1 teaspoon table salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup instant mashed potato flakes
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives (or your favorite pitted olives)
- 4 ounces crumbled feta cheese
