• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 1 tablespoon tomato paste
• 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
• 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
• 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
• 2 cups baby spinach, optional, roughly chopped
