• 1 package (12 oz) breakfast sausage links
• 3 Tbsp butter
• 1 cup chopped celery
• 1 cup chopped red onion
• 1/2 cup matchsticks carrot
• 3 medium garlic cloves, minced
• 3 cups chopped red or green apples
• 1 tsp Mrs. Wages® Apple Spice Mix
• 6 cups unseasoned stuffing cubes
• 1/4 cup dried cranberries
• 2 tsp ground sage
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• 2 ⅓ cups chicken broth or water
• 2 eggs, lightly beaten
