Ingredients

• 3-3/4 cups blanched almond meal flour (such as Bob’s Red Mill)
• 3/4 cup granulated sugar
• 4 oz. (1 cup) confectioners’ sugar; more for dusting
• Finely grated zest of 1 large orange (about 1 Tbs.)
• 3 large egg whites, at room temperature
• 1-1/2 T. honey
• 1/2 t. pure almond extract
• 1/4 t. pure vanilla extract
