Ingredients

• 2 codfish steaks
• 1 l olive oil
• 4 large potatoes, finely sliced
• 2 garlic cloves, chopped
• 1/2 tsp. turmeric
• 1 pointed cabbage, cut into thin strips
• 4 boiled eggs, sliced
• 1/2 whizzed cornbread
• 1 chorizo, cubed
• 1/2 sprig of parsley, chopped
