Ingredients

• 2 lg egg whites (about 65 grams)
• ⅛ tsp cream of tartar or ¼ teaspoon lemon juice
• ½ c (100 grams) granulated sugar
• 1 tsp cornstarch
• 3 to 4 oranges
• 1 to 2 teaspoons honey, to taste
• 1 tsp lemon juice, optional
• ½ c (120 grams) heavy whipping cream
• 2 tbsp (30 grams) plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
• Zest of 1 orange
• ½ c shelled pistachios, toasted and roughly chopped
