Ingredients
- Eggnog Cake:
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup unsalted Kemps butter, softened
- 4 eggs, room temperature
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp bourbon or aged rum
- 1 cup Kemps Golden Egg Nog
- Bourbon Eggnog Glaze:
- 3/4 cups sifted Confectioners’ sugar (more or less as desired)
- 3 Tbsp Kemps Golden Egg Nog eggnog or Kemps whole milk
- 5 tsp bourbon or rum extract*
