We tried a twist on a Pumpkin Pie recipe using Wabanaki Maple Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple syrup. We are 100% Indigenous, female owned maple syrup company!
Ingredients
- 1 Pie Shell
- 1 can pumpkin puree
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 2 tsp cinnammon
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- Wabanaki Maple Bourbon Maple Syrup
- Mascaparone Cheese
