Thelma's Tea Cookies (Mexican Wedding Cake) Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 cup shortening
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 teaspoon of Salt
• 1 cup nuts, chopped finely (optional for my sister, a must for me. I prefer walnuts or pecans for this cookie)
