Spicy Fish Tacos with Saffron – Freaky Sauces

Ingredients

• 40g cilantro
• 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
• 10-15 radishes, thinly sliced
• 1 small kohlrabi, thinly sliced
• 1 lime, zested and juiced
• 1 lemon, zested and juiced
• 2 tbsp mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp Freaky Sauces Saffron & Rose
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• 5 tbsp all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 10cl beer
• 1 tsp turmeric
• 2-3 cod fillets, sliced
• Neutral frying oil, for frying
• 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
• Tortilla bread
