Lamb Kebab - Christmas Farm

Ingredients

• 400 g lamb mince
• 2 tsp ground garlic or 2-3 cloves, crushed, peeled and chopped
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp oregano
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 1 tsp chilli powder
• 1 drizzle of oil (I use rendered pork fat)
