• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/4 cup cold water
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1-1/2 cups sweetened flaked coconut
• 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
• 1/4 cup Fleischmann's® Unsalted-stick, melted (1/4 cup = 1/2 stick)
