Black Bean and Corn Salsa

Ingredients

• 1 can black beans rinsed
• 2 cans shoe peg corn
• 2 cloves garlic (up to 3), pressed
• 1 jalapeno diced
• 1/2 red onion diced
• 2 whole green onions
• 1 splash olive oil to coat
• 1 splash white vinegar
• 2 whole limes juiced
• 1 lime zest if desired
• salt and pepper
• 1 tablespoon cumin
• 1 tablespoon chili powder
• 1 pinch ancho and/or chipotle chili powder
