  • 1 (12-ounce) can beer or non-alcoholic beer
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup water
  • wide noodles, optional, of your choice, to taste, cooked and hot, for serving
