Ingredients

• 1k large shrimp
• 250g breadcrumbs
• ½ cup of grated kefalotyri cheese
• 2 eggs, beaten
• some lemon juice
• salt, pepper and oil for frying
• For the tomato sauce
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
• 500g. peeled and chopped tomatoes
• 4 tbs olive oil
• 125 ml white wine
• salt, pepper, some sugar
