Arbi Masala

Ingredients

• 250 g Colacasia
• 1 / 2 cup water
• salt to taste
• 1 ts oil
• 1 / 2 ts caraway seeds
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 1 / 2 ts ginger, paste
• 1 / 2 ts garlic, paste
• 5 tbs tomato puree
• 1 / 2 ts turmeric powder
• 1 / 2 ts red chilli powder
• 1 / 2 ts coriander powder
• 1 / 2 ts garam masala
• 2 green chillies, slit
• 1 cup water
• 2 tbs coriander leaves, chopped
