• 1 onion
• few cloves garlic
• olive oil
• 1lb ground beef
• 1-2 24oz jars tomato sauce
• 1lb (16oz) tub ricotta cheese
• 1 egg
• parmesean and mozzerella as desired
• spinach as desired
• no-boil lasagna noodles
