KOREAN GLASS NOODLES | Dinner Twist

Ingredients

• 1 packet vermicelli noodles
• 4 tbsp soy sauce
• 2 tbsp honey
• 3 tbsp sesame oil
• 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
• 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
• 1/2 baby wombok, shredded
• 1 punnet shiitake mushrooms, sliced
• 1 carrot, cut into matchsticks
• 1 red capsicum, sliced
• 1/2 bunch English spinach, chopped
• 1/4 bunch spring onions, sliced
• 1 tbsp oil, for cooking
• 600g beef mince
• 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
