- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons butter at room temperature
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder unsweetened
- 1 cup Confectioners Sugar sifted
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 bar Hershey Chocolate
