Ingredients

• 1 costco pack chicken breast
• 1 tbsp cornstarch
• 1 tbsp canola oil
• 1 onion , cut into 1-inch pieces
• 2 bell peppers , cut into 1-inch pieces
• 5 stalks celery , sliced
• 1 1/2 C pineapple , fresh, cut into 1-inch pieces
• 2 cloves garlic , minced
• 1 tsp ginger , fresh, minced
• 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
• 2 tbsp brown sugar
• 2 tbsp vinegar
• 1/4 C ketchup
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
