- 12 slices P’tit Quebec Medium White Slices
- 1 lb (500 g) rigatoni
- 1 1/2 lb (750 g) cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) finely chopped fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) finely chopped fresh rosemary leaves
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) each salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) fresh torn basil leaves, divided
