"Applelicious" Apple Cake Recipe

- 2 medium baking apples (usually Granny Smith, but whatever your preference is)
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 2/3 cups of dark brown sugar
- 1 cup of apple butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 2/3 cups of all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup finely chopped dried apples
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 TSB melted butter
- 1 TSB maple syrup
- 1 TSB milk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
