• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 1 cup button mushrooms, sliced (about 110 g)
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 4 tbsp olive oil
• 2 chicken breasts, grilled and sliced
• 2 cups bechamel sauce with cheese (about 500 ml)
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 300 g whole wheat fettuccine, cooked
• 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped for garnishing
