Ingredients

  • Miyoko’s Creamery Chive Cheese Wheel (they also have a sun-dried tomato option if you prefer that flavor)
  • Simple Mills Everything Sprouted Seed Crackers. Simple Mills almond flour crackers and Jilz crackers are a few of my favorite options. Simple Mills have a variety of flavor options.
  • Dairy free dark chocolate. Some options include: Endangered Species and Lily’s Dark Chocolate bars.
  • Fruit of your choice. I used fresh organic strawberries (blueberries, blackberries, and sliced apples.)
  • Nuts! Almonds (cashews and pistachios are always a popular choice.)
  • Olives
  • Hummus and veggies for dipping
  • A gluten-free baguette or grain-free chips (Siete is a great company for grain free chips and tortillas)
  • Pickles
  • Honey
  • Jam (fruit sweetened)
