Ingredients

• 1 package chocolate wafers (we used Nabisco Famous Chocolate Wafers)
• ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
• 1/2 tsp espresso powder
• 1/3 cup Espresso Sugar
• 1 ½ cups whole milk
• ½ cup sugar
• ¼ cup flour
• ¼ tsp salt
• 4 egg yolks
• 2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
• 2 pints fresh strawberries, sliced
• 2 Tbl Sugar
• 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Puree
• For the Vanilla Flecked Cream:
• 2 tsp Pure Vanilla Puree
• For the Strawberry Topping:
• 2 Tbl Raspberry Sugar
