• 3 medium zucchinis, grated
• 1 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
• 1 cup self-raising flour
• 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
• 4 eggs
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1/4 cup milk
• Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
