Ingredients
- ## MEAT MIXTURE
- 1 1/4 - pound lean ground beef
- 1 - cup quick oats--1/2 cup to mix, then less than 1/2 cup to form loaf.
- 1/2 - small can tomato sauce
- 1 - teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 - tablespoons milk
- 1/2 - cup chopped white onion
- 2 - green onions chopped
- 2 - raw eggs
- 2 - teaspoons salt
- 1 - teaspoon black pepper
- ## SET ASIDE:
- 4 - hard-boiled eggs
- 4 - slices of prosciutto
- 1 - can tomato sauce
