Beef Stew With Dumplings recipe by Naseema Zulfi Khan

Ingredients

• Potatoes are optional in this recipe
• As I Add Dumplings
• 1 Curry spoon ghee (Clarified butter)
• 1 medium grated Onion
• 1 cinnamon stick
• Little whole Jeera seeds
• 2 Elachi (cardomom)
• Little Crushed black Whole Pepper
• 1 tablespoon Crushed Red chilli (Can use powder)
• Add water to soften the meat
• Tomato 3 tablespoon Tomato Puree
• 1 teaspoon Dhana Jeera mix
• 1 Full teaspoon tumeric
• Little mixed herbs
• Add handful of Robot Peppers
• 1 can butter beans
• Add 1 tablespoon Tomato sauce
• And 1 tablespoon Worcester sauce
• Add a handful of chopped dhania (coriander)
• ADJUST SALT AND CHILLI
• 2 cups flour
• 100 g melted butter
• 1 teaspoon salt
• Add 2 teaspoon Baking powder
