Ingredients

• 1 tsp. dark sesame oil
• 2 T chopped onion
• 1 t fresh ginger, peeled and minced
• 3 T Hoisin sauce
• 2 T peanut butter
• 1 t fresh lime juice
• 2 Lbs ground white turkey
• 1/2 small red onion, chopped
• 1 t coarse salt
• 1/2 t fresh ground black pepper
• 2 T olive oil
