• 3 teaspoons sesame oil
• 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
• 1-1/2 teaspoons crushed red pepper
• 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
• 1/4 cup cilantro leaves, chopped
• 1/3 cup matchstick carrots
• 1 -16 ounce bag of coleslaw mix
• 3/4 cup roasted peanuts, chopped
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 pounds ground chuck
• 6 Sesame Seed Kaiser rolls, split
• 2 tablespoons Hoisin sauce
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise + 3 tablespoons
• 6 thick slices Swiss cheese
• vegetable oil for grill
