- 2-3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 28 oz diced tomatoes
- 3 cups tomato puree
- 2 lbs Calabrese Chicken Sausage
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of uncooked rice
- 1 tablespoon of oregano
- ½ tablespoon of paprika
- Pinch of cloves or allspice
- 1 cup parmesan
- Few dashes of worcestershire sauce
