Homemade Turkey Noodle Soup Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 onion, diced
• 2 carrots, sliced
• 2 celery stalks, sliced
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 teaspoon dried thyme
• 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
• 4 cups turkey or chicken broth
• 2 cups water (adjust as needed for desired consistency)
• 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded (leftovers work perfect)
• 2 cups egg noodles
• 1 to 2 teaspoons Feathered Feast seasoning (adjust to taste)
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Fresh parsley for garnish
