Inspired by the classic Bourbon Balls from the American South, I imagined this with uniquely Peruvian ingredients: Pisco and raw sugar syrup — Pisco Balls.
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups ground vanilla wafers
- 1/2 cup ground pecans
- 1/2 cup confectioner’s sugar
- 1 1/2 oz. Pisco
- 1 1/2 oz. Peruvian raw sugar syrup
- 2 tablespoons confectioner’s sugar
- lemon zest for garnish
