• 2 tsp JS Pasta Allrounder
• 400 g pasta
• 200 g baby spinach
• 1 medium onion
• 2 cloves garlic
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 100 ml white wine
• 1 tbsp butter
• 150 g Gorgonzola
• 200 ml cream
• salt, pepper
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 50 g Parmesan, grated
• Optional: chopped pecans
