Beef Steaks with Mustard Sauce | Socilink

Ingredients

• 4 beef steaks
• Salt and black pepper q.b.
• 1 tablespoon of olive oil
• 1.5 tablespoon of olive oil
• 1 tablespoon of butter
• ½ onion chopped
• 3 chopped garlic
• 1.5 tablespoon of capers
• 1 heaping teaspoon of turmeric
• ½ sprig of rosemary (leaves only)
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 150 ml of white wine
• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 1 tablespoon mustard à l'Ancienne (with chickpeas)
• 200 ml of cooking cream (or other)
