Homemade Italian Meatball Soup - DANNY'S DELIGHT

Ingredients

• 2 tbsp dried basil
• 2 tbsp dried oregano
• 1 tbsp dried rosemary
• 2 tbsp dried parsley
• 1 tbsp dried thyme
• 1 tbsp red chili flakes
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 lb lean ground beaf
• 3 clove garlic, minced
• 1.5 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1 large egg, lightly beaten
• 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
• 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/4 tsp Sea salt
• 1/4 tsp Black pepper
• 2 tsp olive oil
• 1/2 cup onion, diced
• 2-3 medium carrots, diced
• 15 oz crushed or diced tomatoes, undrained
• 15 oz can Italian tomato sauce
• 6 cup low-sodium beef broth
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• Sea salt and black pepper, to taste
• 3/4 cup small dry pasta shape
• 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
• Parmesan cheese for serving
