- 50 Grams Rio Pacific Korean BBQ Marinade
- 1 Tsp Sesame Seeds - Toasted
- 5 Grams Garlic Puree
- 1 Small Onion - Red or White Dices
- 75 ml Water
- 3 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- 5 Grams Ginger Puree
- 2x Pak Choi / Choi Sum - 1/4
