Ingredients
- One recipe double pie crust
- 3 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 3 cups fresh rhubarb, skinned and cut into ½-inch pieces
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon grated orange zest
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 – 4 tablespoons quick-cooking tapioca
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
