Ingredients

• 3/4 cup white flour (may substitute 1/4 of this with whole wheat flour)
• 1/4 cup ground flax seed
• 1/4 cup ground almonds
• 1/4 cup white sugar
• 1 egg yolk, lightly beaten (reserve white for cheesecake batter)
• 1/2 tsp almond extract
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup white sugar
• 4 ozs Concord Grape Filing (Grower's Grape Cooperative)
• 3 tbsps water
• 8 ozs cream cheese
• 8 ozs plain goat cheese (may subsitute more cream cheese)
• 3/4 cup white sugar
• 1 egg white
• 1 tsp natural vanilla extract
• 1 tsp almond extract
• 2 cups fresh blueberries, rinsed and air-dried
