- 500 g ground beef
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1 finely chopped red pepper
- 3 to 4 tbsp. tbsp El Paso Tex-Mex spice
- 1 can of diced tomatoes (796 ml)
- 2 cups of chicken broth
- 1 cup of milk
- 3 cups of pasta of your choice
- 1 ½ cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1 ½ cups grated Monterey Jack cheese
- Sliced green jalapeño peppers for serving
- Green onions for serving
