• 1.5 lbs bacon chopped, cooked crispish
• 20 oz frozen peas thawed
• 1 8oz can sliced water chestnuts chopped
• 1/4 cup red onion diced
• 5 eggs hard-boiled and chopped
• 2/3 cup mayo
• 2 tablespoon dijon mustard
• 1 teaspoon garlic salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
