White Mushroom Pizza

Ingredients

• to taste fresh black pepper

• 16 ounces pizza dough
• to taste fresh thyme leaves
• 1/4 cup ricotta mixture
• 2 tsp olive oil
• very little salt
• salt to taste
• 1/2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1/2 cup whipped ricotta
• 8-10 ounces baby bella cremini mushrooms
• brush crust with olive oil from pizza
• 2 cloves garlic
