• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 tbsp blue butterfly powder
• Pinch salt
• Cookies: 1 stick vegan butter room temperature
• 1 flax egg
• 3/4 cup coconut sugar
• 1 1/4 cup gluten-free flour blend
• 1 cup Almond flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 cup chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup Rawcology Chocolate Grain Free Granola
