- 1 chicken, cut up into pieces or 8-10 chicken pieces
- 2 tsp (10ml) chicken spice
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 onion, cut into 8ths
- 1 green pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 tsp (5ml) crushed garlic
- 1 ½ cups (375ml) chutney
- 1 cup (250ml) mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp (30ml) curry powder
- Juice of a lemon
- 1 cup (250ml) water
