- 400g can chopped tomatoes
- 100ml red wine
- 2 bay leaves
- 400g can butter beans, drained but not rinsed
- 50g fresh breadcrumbs
- 2 garlic cloves, finely grated
- handful of parsley leaves, roughly chopped
