Spicy Seafood Soup

Ingredients

• 1 pound fillets of catfish
• 1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 2 tablespoons powder of garlic
• 2 tablespoons paprika
• 1 tablespoon seasoning of Cajun
• 1 tablespoon powder of curry
• 1 teaspoon oil of olive
• 1 cup kernels of fresh corn
• 1 head of bok choy, with leaves and stalks separated
• ½ cup onion, chopped
• ½ cup green bell pepper, chopped
• 1 serrano pepper, chopped
• 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
• 1 cup tomatoes, chopped
• 4 cups water
• 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
