• 1 cup (250 ml) chopped onion
• 1/2 pound (250 g) ground beef
• 1/2 pound (250 g) ground pork
• 1/2 pound (250 g) fresh chorizo sausage casings removed and sausage crumbled
• 1 large red apple cored and chopped
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) chopped toasted almonds
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) raisins
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) plain bread crumbs
• 1 tsp (5 ml) salt
• 1 tsp (5 ml) cumin ground (club house)
• 1 tsp (5 ml) oregano leaves (club house)
• 1/2 tsp (2 ml) Pepper Black Ground (club house)
• 1/4 tsp (1 ml) cloves ground (club house)
